Order Processing:
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. No processing, shipping, or delivery on weekends or public holidays. Business days = Monday–Friday (holidays excluded).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
Standard: 5–10 business days; Express: 2–5 business days; International: 7–21 business days. Note: Transit time begins after your order ships; processing time is not included.

Shipping Charges:
Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on eligible orders (shown at checkout or in promotions).

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive it within 3 days of shipment, please contact us.

Delayed or Lost Orders:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, logistics, customs). If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist with a trace or claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:
Contact us at support@gadgetbreeze.com to initiate your return.

Once accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exceptions (Non-returnable Items):
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order separately.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
